Online DBT Skills Group
We run four adult DBT skills groups online each week, led by experienced therapists who teach core DBT techniques from the Linehan Skills Training Manual. These sessions include a mix of exercises, group activities and guided reflection, helping you apply what you’ve learned in real-life situations.
Each session ends with homework, designed to reinforce the skills covered and integrate them into your daily life. The programme covers key DBT modules, including mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotional regulation and interpersonal effectiveness, equipping you with the tools to manage emotions, handle challenges, and build healthier relationships.
Individual Online DBT
We offer DBT individual sessions from Monday to Saturday, including evening appointments. These one-to-one, 50-minute sessions provide structured support to reduce impulsive behaviours, both in and out of therapy, while equipping you with the skills needed to achieve your personal goals.
Each treatment plan is tailored to your specific needs, ensuring you receive the right guidance and techniques to support your progress. If you’d like to learn more about the forms and skills used in DBT, contact us today for more information.
Crisis Skills Coaching
We offer a DBT crisis coaching service option for those attending our online DBT sessions via phone and WhatsApp. This service is a key part of DBT, helping you apply skills in real time to manage distress, regulate emotions, and build resilience when you need it most. If you’d like to learn more, our team is happy to talk you through your crisis coaching options.
DBT Aftercare Group
We offer specialised aftercare for those who have completed DBT and want to continue practising and applying their skills in daily life. Our aftercare programmes provide ongoing support, including access to the graduate DBT WhatsApp group.

At the initial assessment, we will set up a treatment package that is right for you! This will take into consideration other commitments, budget, and clinical need. Only want group or 1:1? We will ask your preference at the assessment and set up a treatment package right for you!
The DBT group programme costs £2000 for the full 20 weeks (all 4 modules). If you want to do 1:1 sessions alongside the group, the full programme ranges from £200-£220 per week.
Studies have proven that online therapy is as effective as face to face therapy. Our clients tell us that online therapy is easier all round, with clients able to attend alongside work, childcare and other commitments!
