Mindfulness is a core element of DBT with life-changing benefits. We teach clients how to stay present in the moment, limit self-judgement and feel more centred and calm. This practice not only reduces stress but also helps us respond to challenges in a more thoughtful, effective way.

Our clients learn practical techniques to manage emotional triggers and impulsive urges. We teach physiological coping strategies for handling crisis moments, so you can navigate distress more effectively – even when you’re not in the headspace for complex problem-solving!

Many clients tell us that being with others was a main trigger for them prior to DBT. That’s why we help clients develop skills to build and maintain healthy, fulfilling relationships. Learn how to assert your needs, set boundaries and say no with confidence – essential tools for maintaining balanced, supportive relationships.

Online DBT Skills Group
The DBT skills groups run online, and run more like a class. The DBT therapists teach you DBT skills from the Linehan skills training manual. The groups involve exercises, group activities, reflection and always end with homework to help you practice these skills in your everyday life. We cover a number of key modules including mindfulness skills, distress tolerance, emotional regulation and interpersonal skills. Not able to do the full programme, speak to us about doing the groups or one to one sessions separately.
Online DBT Individual Sessions
We offer DBT individual sessions and DBT informed therapy sessions online for Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), EUPD, impulsive and addictive behaviour, and more. Individual therapy involves weekly one-to-one 50 minute sessions. The individual sessions work to reduce impulsive behaviours in and out of therapy, as well as helping you to reach your goals through learning new skills. For an example of forms and skills used within DBT, visit DBT Self Help website.
Online DBT Crisis Coaching
We offer a DBT crisis coaching skills service option for those attending our online DBT sessions. Should you be struggling to change behaviours and put skills into practice, this would give you therapist access between sessions, with the sole goal of getting skills coaching. The skills coaching is an integral element, shaping skills use and promoting emotional regulation and distress tolerance in the moment of distress. Want to find out more, contact our team who can talk you through our crisis coaching options.
