If you answered yes, Online DBT can help you take back control and create a stable, fulfilling life all from the comfort of home.
Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) is a scientifically backed, gold-standard treatment for emotional dysregulation, BPD/ EUPD, self-harm, suicidal thinking, eating difficulties and substance use.
It helps you regain control by teaching you skills that improve your emotional and cognitive regulation. Online DBT helps you:
We offer the full DBT programme online via Zoom, including:
You can attend the full DBT programme via self-referral or psychiatrist referral. Alternatively, you can always join group or individual sessions as standalone options instead.
We work with clients across the UK, Ireland, Europe and worldwide.
DBT Skills Training
Want to learn the skills in a way that the research shows is effective? We run an online DBT skills training group via Zoom which people access from all over the world. DBT skills groups run more like a class where our expert therapists teach you DBT skills from the Linehan skills training manual.
1:1 DBT Sessions
Looking for additional tailored support? Individual therapy involves weekly one-to-one 50 minute sessions via Zoom or VSee. The individual sessions work to reduce impulsive behaviours in and out of therapy, as well as helping you to reach your goals and through learning new skills.
Crisis Coaching
Worried about how you will cope whilst learning the skills and putting them into practice? We offer DBT Crisis Coaching via phone for clients in between sessions, where the therapy team will help you put specific skills into practice through skills coaching. The skills coaching can be an integral part of the recovery process.
BPD and EUPD
Dialectical behaviour therapy is a NICE recommended and gold standard treatment for Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) and Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder (EUPD). It treats the underlying symptoms of BPD, helping you to reach a place of control.
Eating Disorders
DBT helps with a wide range of impulsive and destructive behaviours, including binge eating, bulimia and other eating difficulties. Learn to emotionally regulate in a healthy way and feel free from the shackles of your behaviours.
Self-Harm and Suicide
DBT is highly effective at managing impulses of self-harm and suicide. Those we treat experience sudden and intense changes in emotion, fears of rejection, abandonment and impulsive behaviours. Our skills programmes treat self-harm so you can reach your goals.
Adolescents and Young Adults
Adolescent DBT is a 21-week course of 70-minute online group classes in which the full range of DBT skills are taught. We help the adolescents in our group regulate difficult emotions and regain control over behaviours they struggle with.
Addictive Behaviours
Our DBT groups support people with addictive, harmful and impulsive behaviours. Live a life with a clear mind and reach behavioural control by targeting the root cause through expert, gold standard DBT skills training.
Trauma and C-PTSD
DBT has been shown to significantly decrease symptoms of PTSD. Through development of skills in mindfulness, distress tolerance and emotional regulation, symptom relief is closer than you think.
